Our Vision

To create a unified network of restorative, Jesus-following communities across the Czech Republic and beyond, so that those in need are able to easily find a refuge and a home among the people of God.

Our Mission

To provide a home for the weary, vulnerable, and neglected so that they are able to find rest, security, hope, and a family.

Who We Are

Naděje z Popela, z.s. is a non-profit charity organization in the Czech Republic which focuses on working with outcast, vulnerable, and neglected peoples. We're a team of Jesus-followers with a passion for seeking out and restoring the vulnerable and neglected, with a burden for unity, but not uniformity, among the people of God. We hear and obey the voice of Jesus and help to teach others to do the same. We seek out those who are hurting and in need, and welcome them into a home and a family.

Our Global Priorities

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
Micah 6:8 (NIV)

Act Justly

Love Mercy

Walk Humbly

In the Hebrew language, "justice" is a verb rather than a noun. We are commanded to "do justice" as an action. We are a people who do justice and righteousness in a restorative, biblical sense.

(Proverbs 31:8-9; Jeremiah 22:3; Psalm 146:7-9)

The Hebrew for "mercy" (chêsêd) also means kindness, loyalty, faithfulness, devotion, or steadfast love, especially shown to someone who is hurt, or has hurt you. Mercy is the manner in which we pursue biblical justice and righteousness.
(Luke 6:27-38; Matthew 18:21-25; Matthew 5:7)

Our lives must continue to be, first and foremost, a walk with Jesus towards the Father by the power of the Holy Spirit. Our journey must be a journey of faith and obedience rather than selfish ambition. We must serve others rather than be served.
(Philippians 2:3-4; John 13:1-17, 31-34; Matthew 20:25-28; John 15:1-17)
